I can’t show you our website because it is a members-only website, but I created a Loom video to show you what’s happening.

Events that are supposed to show up on the 1st of the month (in this case, April 1st) are just not there. When we switch from March to April view, they show up briefly, then disappear.

This has happened to us before, and I don’t remember how we fixed it, but it would be nice to get it permanently fixed so this doesn’t happen. Please view the Loom video I created that shows what is happening, and also shows the back end admin calendar view so you can see that these events ARE created, just not displaying on the front end of the site.

    Thanks for your help.

Thank you for sharing the screencast.

    Our apology for delayed response.

To troubleshoot this effectively, please follow these steps:

-Disable Plugins – Temporarily deactivate all plugins except EventPrime.
-Clear Cache – Clear both your server cache and browser cache, then check if the issue persists.
-Inspect for Errors – Open your browser’s developer console (by pressing F12 or right-clicking and selecting “Inspect” → “Console”) and check if there are any error messages. If you notice any, please share a screenshot with us.

If the issue continues after following the above steps, please provide the following details:

    1. A screenshot of the Edit Event page, specifically under the Event Settings, including the Date & Time and Repeat section.
    2. Your site’s environment information. You can retrieve this by following these steps:
-Navigate to “Tools -> Site Health” in your WordPress dashboard.
    -Click on the “Info” tab.
-Select “Copy site info to clipboard” and paste it into your reply.

    Looking forward to your response.
