    BEWARE! I signed up for a trial and received no welcome email, no login, nadda. Reached out twice and did not hear back. Told them to remove my credit card info & cancel my trial; again, no response. Today I was billed for the account that I cannot access. Calling my bank to initiate a chargeback. STAY FAR AWAY.

    I wanted to confirm that LogicHop has responded to my emails and is eager to resolve my situation. Unfortunately, I am unable to delete my original comment, but I’m glad to see they’ve resolved their email issues. I also hope my initial panic doesn’t dissuade others from giving their product a try.
