• I’ve lost track of the number of times i have tried to contact a corporation (UK or US) via the advertised contact mechanism on their web site only to find it doesn’t work. It seems to me that these companies just make sure the contact mechanism is broken so they don’t have to be bothered dealing with customers. They just want to sell stuff and get revenue. But support. No. Too costly. Damages the bottom line. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ItUiy_KjSaJNm0_wSU73ttYdZBbGcLK3/view?usp=sharing

Does anyone have an email address for WooCommerce/WordPress? I mean, one that there is a greater than 50% chance someone will reply to?

    Thanks

  • If you’re after support for the free plugin, then this is where you get it. They only do personal support for paid plugins

    Hi @justinwyllie,

I understand how frustrating it can be when you’re unable to access the support you need. I’m here to help.

To better assist you, could you provide more details about your situation? Are you using WordPress.com and need help with something specific? Or is your site self-hosted and you’re experiencing an issue with WordPress? Are you facing a WooCommerce-related problem, or do you need support for a plugin purchased from WooCommerce.com?

Once I have more context, I’ll be happy to guide you to the right support channel to ensure you get the assistance you need.
