I’m using FooEvents with Woocommerce and Stripe payments plugin. Over the past week, customers who have purchased tickets using Apple Pay are not receiving tickets and the tickets are not generated on the back end in FooEvents. Is there a problem with Apple Pay and the Stripe plugin???

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We’d like to inform you that the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin was recently updated, and part of this update included changes to the way StoreAPI calls handle cart endpoints. Specifically, some code has been updated to use a newly introduced filter.

This change may be contributing to the issue you’re experiencing with FooEvents, especially if FooEvents relies on older processes to generate tickets after payment.

Since FooEvents is a third-party plugin, we recommend reaching out directly to the FooEvents support team. They will be best equipped to confirm compatibility with the latest version of the WooCommerce Stripe plugin and help adjust any necessary code to ensure proper ticket generation for Apple Pay purchases.

    Thank you for your understanding!
