Try to add this custom CSS:

}

it work with this css:

.select2-container–default .select2-selection–single .select2-selection__rendered {
color: #444;
line-height: 10px !important;
}

Do you plan to fix it with next update ?

We’ve planned to use native browser select instead of JS. Meanwhile you can keep the custom CSS.
