I noticed just a few days ago that my imports say “History file not found. Probably you are using wrong encoding or XPath” when I go into edit them. I just did the update release in the last 24 hours or so and it’s still the same. My imports all still work fine

If I click “preview”, it then shows the number of items, but says:

WP All Import lost track of where you are.

Maybe you cleared your cookies or maybe it is just a temporary issue on your web host’s end.

    Hi @jrohner,

Please try following this guide: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/history-file-not-found-error/.

If it doesn’t help, please send me screenshots showing the view you see in the “Import Settings” for the import, and let me know which versions of our plugins you’re using.

None of that really helped, but I think I solved it by clicking “Run import” from the web page (all my imports are run via cron jobs, so I never click that ever). All my imports that I never click “Run import” to run had this issue, so hopefully it fixes all of them.
