    Hi @furiofedele! Thanks for reporting the issue. We still need a bit more details.

    Regarding navigating to WooCommerce > Home, can you please provide a bit more details – are you able to interact with Home page or are you getting a blank screen/something else? Where do you see the error logged?

    Regarding cart issue – it seems like it can be theme related. Do you have ability to switch theme to either Twenty Twenty Five or Storefront to see if the issue is resolved?

    @furiofedele this can be also a caching issue. Can you please try clearing WooCommerce transients as described in the documentation here: WooCommerce System Tools.

    @furiofedele further more, can you please also try clearing various caches on your site by navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Tools. From there, can you please:

    • Clear template cache.

    Additionally, if you have a caching plugin installed, please clear any site’s cache using it.

    Hi @jamosova i can’t interact with the home of woo…

    I’ve followed the steps and deleted the woo and the template cache, also the varnish cache but nothing happened

    I’m not able to disable the theme but i’m working also with the theme assistance to resolve that mess

    Thanks @furiofedele – if you get a chance (it may not be possible depending on your ability to interact with WooCommerce), can you provide us with your System Status Report?
    To get it, please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > System Status and click on “Get system report” button. Then paste it here.

    Also – we see in this post:

    I received a message in the administration panel that the translations need to be updated. After updating the translations the problem disappeared.

    If this is possible, maybe you could try similar?
