Org account password recovery issue

Hi, my organisation has an plugin which was developed by one of our colleagues but when we’ve tried to login we could not login anymore. Also apparently password recovery does not work or we do not receive the link on any known account. Is it possible to see what email is behind “dreamstime”. Thank you!
