2.1.4 Updated bug? Config test not working

    Hi guys, have updated to 2.14 from 2.1.3 and now the Config test doesn’t seem to run.

    Both API and SMTP options are shown and toggling Use HTTP API doesn not appear to do anything. This is happening across multiple sites. Both single site and multisite installs.
