Snippets don’t save in 1.4

  • After updating to 1.4, changes to existing snippets saves failed without visible errors on the front end. Rolling back to 1.3.8 solved this.

    It looks to be related to the new “required” fields, but even after selecting values there, it didn’t save changes.

    Thanks for reporting this. We’ve identified the issue and recommend updating to v1.4 again. Please:

    1. Reinstall v1.4 (if you rolled back).
    2. Deactivate and reactivate the plugin** to ensure database updates are applied.
    3. If the placement method is set to “Automatic”, ensure all required fields are selected before saving.
    4. Clear the plugin cache, if applicable.
