Client was getting a lot of spam, so I installed CleanTalk… and it started to pick up some spam, but still several are getting through and they are blank or they are foreign, so how are these getting through?

Yes, I installed it per the directions. I did a test with the email you noted in another thread.. but it negates the point that spam from other countries, in another language or nothing in the fields are getting through.

    Hello @k10legs,

We’ve analyzed your Anti-Spam feedback. All of them are most likely made manually by a human using IPs and emails that are not on our blacklist. Unfortunately, our system did not have sufficient reason to block the requests. I have now manually added the IPs and emails to the blacklists.

Since the messages from these spammers were in Arabic, you can add this language to your blacklist: https://cleantalk.org/help/blacklist-usage

I also noticed that all the IPs are from the country Iraq, you can add it to your personal list too: https://cleantalk.org/help/blacklist-usage#blacklisting_a_country

    Did it help you?

Great, thanks. I have blocked EVERY country (but US) and all 7 other languages, so hopefully that will help too.
