Can’t login because of currency issue

    Dear Marija,

    I cannot connect the plugin and my facebook ads account because of this error:

    Your account wasn’t connected
    The currency BGN currently associated with your website isn’t supported on Facebook. Contact WooCommerce Integration for support.

    When I click NEXT, I see this as result for the error:

    Something went wrong when connecting to facebook!
    Permissions error: access_denied, reason: user_denied

    Thank you for reaching out, Frank.

    As the message indicates, BGN is not supported by Meta ads, so sites using it can not be integrated with the plugin.

    You can reach out to Meta’s direct support to check if they have any plans of adding support for the currency.

    You can also check out the full list of supported currencies here.
