Can’t submit a support ticket with Rank Math pro account

    I bought Rank Math pro.

    If I open a support ticket on https://support.rankmath.com/ I don’t get any confirmation that I placed a support ticket. If I open my tickets, it says “You don’t have any tickets….

    If I click open tickets it says:

    “This is exclusively for Rank Math PRO, Business, & Agency plan owners. Facing issues or don’t know how something works? Just open a ticket.”

    I can open a ticket, but get no confirmation, and can’t view the ticket in my support tickets…
