    I made all the correct settings but the form does not send to the spreadsheet.

    When I click on Google Sheet Link, it goes to the correct spreadsheet, but when I send the form, the data arrives in my email, but it is not saved in the spreadsheet.

    Google Access Code is active and there is nothing in the log.

    My version is the free one.

    Hello @inside,

    Make sure for the free version you have to manually add the header names to the Google Sheet.

    And the headers names must be exactly same as the Form field names without any extra spaces or character.

    Refer our step by step documentation.
