How to include “Decline code” or “Decline reason” in Payment Failure Email

    for the customer email regarding failed order, I used “Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce” plugin to customize “Failed Order” email, in the email template, may I know if content can include “Decline code” or “Decline reason” e.g. lost_card, stolen_card, incorrect cvc, expired card.

    Oh, I think I understand what you meant. Those contents (“Decline code” or “Decline reason”) are from 3rd plugin. For this, we have shortcode that can help: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/#configuration_menu_6277

    But it’s supported in the premium plugin only.
