Stop rental on these dates – show car

  • During manual booking, when I check the option “Stop rental on these dates” the car disappears from the search list, I would like it to be still visible, can you help me?, Thank you… ??

    Unfortunately this is not possible as the search results only list all the available cars for the dates selected, I’m sorry. However, I can send your suggestion to our development team for a future evaluation.

    Please direct me which function and how to hide the vehicle, maybe I can change it in the files.
    It’s something like PROMOTION, when it is selected, you can describe what it concerns and then the description appears in the vehicles, thank you

    Hi,

    We understand what you’re looking for, but unfortunately you are not going to find a single function in the source code that can be modified to accomplish what you need, I’m sorry.

    The framework of VikRentCar follows the MVC patten of PHP, and the most you can do is to create an override for the “Search Results” page (View), which is called “search”, and there you can query the database to fetch the occupied vehicles on the requested dates for display. It is definitely not an easy customization.
