I have a project with lms tutor. I activated the Paypal payment method using the tutor’s native engine. I followed the official Tutor LMS tutorial and I have already done this process a few times, and it is not displayed on the website. I did a test on another project I have and got the same error.

    Hello @mosaicdigital,

    Thank you for reaching out.

To resolve this, please try the following steps:

    • Toggle off the PayPal payment method.
    • Click the Save Changes button.
    • Reload the page.
    • Toggle on the PayPal payment method again.
    • Click Save Changes once more.

This should refresh the settings and resolve the issue. Please give it a try and let me know if the problem persists.

    Hello Nafiz!

    Unfortunately it didn’t work
I have done the procedure a few times and unfortunately, payment by PayPal still does not appear on the payment screen

I’m using tutor lms V3.2.2, Tutor LMS pro V3.2 and WOrdpress 6.7.1

    Hello @mosaicdigital,

Thank you for getting back to me. I’m sorry to hear that the issue persists.

To resolve this, I recommend rolling back to Tutor LMS v3.2.1 as this should restore the PayPal payment option on the checkout page.

Hi @mosaicdigital, I have the same problem as you. V3.2.2 attempted to hide payment methods when they are no longer selected. The save, refresh and save method doesn’t work for me too. The second method works, but you will have to roll back both to Tutor LMS V3.2.1 and Tutor LMS Pro V3.2.1. Before you roll back, be sure to go to the installed plugin page, disable auto updates then roll back both to V3.2.1. You can face subscription issues if you roll back to V3.2.0, so V3.2.1 is the most stable… at.. the.. moment…

Problem solved by downgrading the version to v3.2.1

Thank @urnafiz and @wptester765467 very much for your support

I believe this problem will be fixed in the next update

    Hello @mosaicdigital,

    Thank you for your update!

I’d also like to inform you that the issue has been identified and addressed. A fix will be included in the next update to prevent this from happening again.
