I am having trouble setting up this plugin. I have gotten my API credentials through USPS developer tools and put them into the plugin settings. But the “API Connection Status” in plugin settings shows “InvalidApiKey: The client application credentials provided in the request are missing, invalid, inactive or not approved for access.” I am wondering if it is a problem with my “app” in USPS dev tools, as it says I only have access to the “Public Access I” product.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @patrickmath
The error message you’re encountering suggests there might be an issue with the USPS API credentials you’ve entered. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Double-check that the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret are entered correctly without any typos or extra spaces, especially if they were copied and pasted.
    2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try to reauthorize the plugin.
    3. Lastly, please set a free site in our demo, paste your credentials and verify if you’re getting the same error.

Please let me know if the issue continues after trying the above steps.

    Regards
    Wojtek

@wojtekpyrgies Thank you for your reply! I remade the app on the USPS developer tools page, and then put in the new credentials to the plugin, and it seems to be working!
