This one just does it. You don’t have to pick a folder or configure anything after you enable it. You can also optionally minify your HTML, CSS and JS. It also gives you the option to schedule cron tasks to flush the cache more or less frequently as necessary. It works good alongside my other plugins. It is entirely compatible with managed WP shared hosting plans.
