    Hello,

    I don’t see it in the Changelog, but would like to confirm whether or not this functionality has been implemented in the plugin yet as so many businesses could really benefit from it. If not, is there a suggested “workaround” (e.g. embed content via Pinecone that redirects users to a form)?

    My client owns a wedding venue and is looking for a chatbot that ultimately leads customers to asking for a proposal and/or a tour of the venue.

    Thank you for your reply.

    If you want the chatbot to include a link in its responses that directs users to a specific site, you can do so in Settings > Chat Settings under the Context section.
    There, you can specify the case where the link should be provided and enter the link accordingly.

    Example:
    If a user wants to create a WordPress website where people can take quizzes, recommend the Quiz Maker plugin for creating quizzes and provide this link: https://quiz-plugin.com/wordpress-quiz-plugin-free-demo/
