registration form not displaying correctly

What design did you create?

Your Registration page looks as a normal single column page.
Multiple columns will display as a single column if the profile width is less than 500px.

I changed it to a double column and although it shows as a single column on the website it worked.

Yes, the “Live Preview” in the UM Forms Builder is always single column.
