Taking 24 hours for 1st backup?

  • I have a 10 year old WP site and I’m running Backup Bolt for the first time. Though your documentation says backups take much less time, I keep getting a “Backup in progress” screen (for 24 hours at this point). However, the original “In progress” screen disappeared, and I can’t find a way to return to it to see the current status. I’d like to get your plug-in to work and not switch to another. What do you recommend?
