    I haven’t used the plugin for months. Currently using WPForms Lite Version 1.9.3.2

    I tried to add a new form and when selecting the template a message pops up saying:

    Something went wrong while applying the form template. Please try again. If the error persists, contact our support team.

    I am able to duplicate a form but when I try edit it it says:

    Something went wrong.
    Please contact the plugin support team if this behavior persists.

    Please advise how I can get it working again.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    To resolve this, I’d recommend performing a fresh install of the WPForms Lite plugin. This will help clear the local template cache and should fix the errors you’re seeing. No worries—this process won’t affect any of your existing forms or entries.

    Here’s how you can do this:

    1. Deactivate and delete the WPForms Lite plugin from your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Reinstall WPForms Lite by navigating to Plugins ? Add New, searching for “WPForms,” and clicking Install Now and Activate.

    Once you’ve done this, please try creating or editing a form again and let us know if the issue persists.
