Not showing WPBakery builder, only code

  • Thank you for your plugin. I have uploaded the templates and can view them in browser, but I would like to customize / edit the templates to suit my client, but when I go to the template I only see script of the page elements, not the WPBakery builder?

    here is a screenshot. there is no WPBakery Page Builder for editing

    Thank you for using our plugin! We’re glad to hear you’ve successfully uploaded the templates.

    If you’re seeing only the page code instead of the WPBakery Page Builder, this can be resolved by following these steps:

    1. Navigate to WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager
    2. Under Administrator, find Post types
    3. Select Custom and enable wpbfwpb_template
    4. Save the settings
