Shortcodes not working on my blog

    I have installed several plugins including Link Library, Mingle Forum and Theme log in. I am able to install and activate these plugins. Unfortunately when I paste the shortcode provided on the html editor of a page nothing seems to happen. The shortcode appears as it is. Can anyone suggest a way around this?

  • what theme are you using?

    to exclude theme related issues, change to the default twenty ten theme and see if it works then.

    a link to your site might help to illustrate the problem.

    you could also try and deactivate all other plugins and only keep the one with the shortcode, and see if that resolves your issue.

    Thanks alchymyth, I did try deactivating different plugins and finally found the one that was causing the problem. Thank you taking the time to help me. Much appreciated.
