widgets page is frozen

My widgets page is completely frozen. Nothing but the normal WP sidebar menu works. I cannot drag or edit any widgets. My site only shows the default widget (https://www.thelunaticltd.com/ramblings for example). This has been like this for a couple weeks. It froze up another time then started working again. Now its frozen again. I’ve deactivated all plugins, log out/back in, reactivated plugins, you name it but nothing works. I think this started right after I upgraded to 3.0.1.

Any help to get this working would be GREATLY appreciated.
