    Good morning Support,

    I purchased your premium version years ago, haven’t used it for a long time. But recently when I tried to it to import backup file, it gave me error message

    There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the?support forums.

    Can you check what’s wrong with this plugin?
