The password reset form does not work

    If I follow the link in the letter, I get the same password recovery form that the letter was sent from, and so on in a circle.

    I can only recover the password if I follow the link like mysite.com/wp-login.php?key=

    Hello ????,

    Please navigate to ProfilePress >> Settings >> General >> Pages and ensure that a page containing the ProfilePress password reset shortcode is selected. If a page with the shortcode is selected and you still have this issue, please open a support ticket here so we can assist you further.
