Contact form (ninja forms) not working anymore

  • Hi guys, I have been using a contact form on my website for quite some time:?[ redundant link deleted ] ?I discovred that it stopped working. So I tried it myself, after filling in details, it sends and I get the message: “Submission Success, Thanks for getting in touch!” I checked my inbox and did not receive any new messages. I have given it more than 24 hours and still nothing.

    I started by using the contact form plugin, but changed over to Ninja forms, which was working perfectly up until recently. What could be the issue? I have updated all my plugins?

  • Do you receive ANY other emails from your site from WordPress itself currently? Eg update/comment notifications, password reset emails, new user account notifications, etc.

    If not, then the root of your problem would be email delivery on your site, and nothing to do with the form builder.

    I do receive emails to that address, so what you say is correct. I will dig into that and see if I can find out what the cause is.
