    I’m getting a lot of genuine contact messages rejected. I can’t remember how to resolve this. I know I can manually approve them, but I want to have this problem removed.

    Hello @jassyjas,

    I’ve analyzed the requests in your Anti-Spam logs. Some visitor’s parameters are transmitted incorrectly by our plugin. This causes false positives. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Please do the following:
    1. WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings →
    → set the “Set cookies” option to “Auto”;
    → set the “Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library” option to “On”;
    → Save Changes.
    2. Set the cache update time on the site to no more than 24hours (it’s important).
    3. Clear all the cache on your website.

    After that, observe your Anti-Spam logs: https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests. Are there any new false positives out there?
