I absolutely love this plugin, and will soon be getting the PRO version. But right now, working off the free version, I noticed the Flat Fee price increase does not change the price in cart for customers, when I thought the price would change, if they were to purchase 1 item with the variation change. Am I doing something wrong, or does that in fact need the pro version for that?

    Hi @chrisc1016

The Flat Fee should influence the cart price. Are you saying it’s not adding any price to the cart at all?

Correct. It shows the price difference before adding to cart. When in the cart, it reverts back to the original cost, without the flat fee price increase.
I’ve currently removed the option from my site, as I’ve had an order that never reflected the flat fee increase, but I’m hoping to get it figured out so I can use it again.

Can you enable it again and send me a link so I can quickly test it?

    Yes. https://geekygraphics.com/shop
If you click on any product, change the size to reflect the price increase. Once it’s added to the cart, the price reverts back to the normal price.
I’ve checked the backend, thinking it was a cart/checkout issue, but I can’t find anything there either.

Thank you for your help. I’m sure it’s something small that I missed somewhere.

Do you still need me to keep the price increased option up there, or am I able to take it down so I don’t have any orders on that item?

    Hi @chrisc1016

Thanks for your patience. I’ve seen the product page now so you can disable it. I can offer 2 insights:

    1) It looks like the cart page was built with a plugin named “Royal Elementor Addons”. Can you build it with standard Elementor instead and see if that changes things? Perhaps the plugin you use is not fully following WooCommerce standards.

    2) If #1 is not a solution, can you send me a list of your active plugins so I can check if there’s something that might conflict?

Thank you. I’ll reach out to the Royal Elementor Addons to see if they have a fix. If not, I’ll be leaving them to build with either standard Elementor or something else (or do you know if there are issues between Divi and Advanced Product Field?)

I went through and deactivated just about every plugin to make sure nothing was interfering. I found the issue! It is a discount plugin with WooCommerce that was interfering!

    Hi @chrisc1016

Thanks for the update! When 2 plugins change the cart price (ours and your discount plugin), a specific integration would be needed to make them work together. Neither us not the authors of your discount plugin have such an integration, which is why you saw the compatibility issue.

We do have our own discount plugin which is fully integrated but would also require our paid version of APF. I don’t mean this as a sales pitch ?? Just giving you the info in case it interests you. Maintaining integrations with different parts of WooCommerce is sadly a timely process so sadly we can’t offer that for free.
