    Getting this error;

    Fast eBay Listings: Failed to query API: 500 / 500 – An internal error has occurred while processing your request.

    I’m looking into this now, appears to be infrastructure related. I’ll update you on progress as soon as I can.

    OK cheers, I have tried contacting you via your website contact form about another matter (renewing subscription) but haven’t had any response.

    The issue should now be resolved and everything should be up and running again now. The cause was a corrupted database table index preventing the server from running.

    (I’ll follow up over email regarding subscription)
