Product Categories

Hi, I hope someone can help or advise me on an issue I am facing.

We connected a WordPress site to Moodle using Edwiser Bridge it worked fine, no issues.

We added a course and synchronised it as a course then a product it worked also without any issues. We can see the course as woocommerce product and view it.

Recently we changed hosting to a new company. Now when we sync using Edwiser Bridge Settings \ Course Categories we have no issues, when we synchronize Products it removes hyphens from the categories.

The sub-category name ‘Creative Critical Thinking’ had the slug ‘creativecriticalthinking’ which is incorrect it should be ‘creative-critical-thinking’.

Please advise how and where I can rectify this issue and prevent it from happening again.
