    Hello,

    I have this error in my cPnael File Manager Error_Log, is it a problem?

    Cron reschedule event error for hook: woocommerce_tracker_send_event, Error code: could_not_set, Error message: The cron event list could not be saved., Data: {“schedule”:”daily”,”args”:[],”interval”:86400}

    It’s the first time it appears in years of having the website.

    Hi @thewebmonk

    From what you shared, it sounds like an issue with the scheduling of a daily task that WooCommerce needs to run. While it’s not common, these errors can happen. Generally, it’s not a critical problem, but fixing it can help keep things running smoothly.

    Before we go into troubleshooting suggestions, I’d like to know more about your site’s setup, have you recently updated WooCommerce or WordPress core? Or are there any pending updates? Note that sometimes updating can fix issues like this. (Please backup before you do)

    If you could send us a System Status Report, we’d be happy to look into your site further. You’ll find that under WooCommerce → Status, selecting Get system report, and then Copy for Support.

    Hello Reynier,

    thank you very much for your reply!

    I recently updated WooCommerce but cannot remember the exact day.

    You will find the System Report here https://pastebin.com/6nWzWaKY

    And the most recent Error_log here from 18 January to today https://pastebin.com/uZYwxdu1

    Thank you!

    Hi @thewebmonk

    Thanks for sharing more details, really helps! I see that WooCommerce and WordPress core are update to the latest which is good. I’ve reviewed your SSR and the closest steps to consider are the following:

    • Check MySQL Version: Consider updating your MySQL is version 8.0 or above, as it’s necessary for the window functions used in WooCommerce’s SQL queries. Currently, your running on version 5.7.23-23.
    • Plugin/Theme: First, check if other plugins or themes are updated to their latest version, sometimes updating them can resolve such issues. You can find it by going to Dashboard > Updates.

    Important: Backup your site before pushing updates. Or test it on a staging site if possible.

    If everything is updated, and the issue persists, we can look into other troubleshooting steps like running a conflict test, but I’d honestly save that as a last option. For help with the MySQL version, it’s best to ask your hosting provider. Let me know how it goes.
