Cannot get a mobile sidebar or popup working

It looks like you have some issues on the page – https://prnt.sc/mIVUzLfKUzar perhaps it can be connected to the custom code or some plugins conflict including the theme issues as well. Try to turn off all of the plugins use the default WP theme without custom codes and test it.

Also, please note that the mobile pop-up widget is only available in the PRO version of the plugin. The free version only has a folding option.

In that case, could you give me an example of what the default folding option looks like so I can see if it’s a problem with the plugin or on another plugin?

Are you also aware if the plugin conflicts with Breakdance?

As far as we know, there are no issues with the Breakdance page builder.

I see. So the issue is because I do not have the PRO version.

If I was to purchase and try the PRO version and I did not find it suitable, is there a refund policy as far as you know?

No, the fact that you do not have a PRO version is not the issue, because even with the current Free version the filter button should work and open the filters. But you have some conflict that causing the JS code to open the filters not working. Perhaps it can be connected to the caching on the site as well.

It is hard to understand without turning off everything and then checking how it is working.

As to the PRO version, yes, after all if it won’t work on the site and we cannot fix it, you can get the refund.

Hi!

It does work. I just thought the mobile popup came with the free version. On mobile on the top filter, it folds fine. The reason for the filter not working right this second is actually a host issue not an issue with the plugin. But otherwise, it filtered products and opened just fine!

Only thing I thought wasn’t working was the popup, I just wasn’t aware it wasn’t part of the free version!

Ah, in that case, yes. For the pop-up, you will need a PRO version already. Or you can use some custom pop-up solution on mobile.

I tried a custom solution but it was blocked by the plugin as it required a pro account too!

What is the refund policy for the plugin? If I decide that I don’t like the design or functionality, is there a possibility of a refund?
