Yes, the first link is ok. But the hyperlink in the title isn’t. When you klick on the title, you can see the problem, that I mean.

The title reffers to a site, that isn’t there:

That seems to me to be a problem with your template. Could you please talk to the developer who released it to see if they can fix the issue? Also, please keep me updated, if there’s anything I need to do on my side.

Thanks camu, but I made it on my own.

I just have customized the code of the page.php from my template and now it works fine!

By the way:
Is it possible to put a link in the “comment-subscriptions”-page to return to the subscribed article?
