Order Confirmation Page Template Block Missing

    Hi there,

    I am reaching out regarding an issue I’ve encountered while working with the WooCommerce Blocks in my store. Specifically, I am unable to select the “Order Confirmation Page Template” as described in the documentation here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-store-editing/customizing-order-confirmation-page/#template.

    I am currently using the latest version of WooCommerce (9.5.2) and WordPress (6.7.1). Despite following the steps outlined in the documentation, the “Order Confirmation Page Template” does not appear as an option in the Blocks settings.

    Could you please advise on what might be causing this issue and what steps I can take to resolve it? Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for reaching out! Just to clarify, am I correct in understanding that you can’t access the page from the documentation to find and edit the order confirmation template? Or are you able to access the page but can’t edit parts of it?

    A screenshot of what you’re seeing would help us understand better.

    Also, if you’re using a block theme, could you check if you can access it by going to Appearance > Editor > Templates > Order Confirmation?

    There was no order confirmation template available. Right now I created such a template by my own under Appearance > Templates

    Now it looks like this:

    But how can I ensure that the customer is redirected to this template?

    Thank you for your reply.

    May I ask which theme you are using?
    By default, the Order Confirmation template should appear under Appearance > Editor > Templates like this. I am using the Twenty Twenty-Four theme.

    Could you share a full-page screenshot of the Template page?
    I want to check if other templates are appearing fine.
