    I recently had a free domain name hosted by WordPress.com, and near the end of December I switched to paid hosting and a new domain. I imported my site and its content fine, but I have received nothing but failures when attempting to transfer my previous subscribers.

    I’ve attempted every possible method, both manual and importing using a .csv file. Most of the time, I was immediately sent an email saying Jetpack “hit a snag” when importing with no other details and direction towards generic support with no relevant advice.

    Except I don’t even get that anymore. Now when I attempt to import subscribers, I get the usual notification that they’ll send me an email when they’re done, and I simply receive… nothing. No success email, and not even a failure email.

    I have no idea what the problem is, and Jetpack’s support hasn’t helped. My subscriber list does not have any deleted accounts or spambots.

    How many subscribers are in the list that you’re attempting to import to the new site? We’re happy to work with you to get this resolved.

    I have no idea what the problem is, and Jetpack’s support hasn’t helped.

    I searched and didn’t find any record of you reaching out to us about this. How did you contact us? I want to make sure there isn’t anything being missed on our end.

    Thank you for responding. First of all, pardon my phrasing. By “Jetpack support”, I meant the documentation that suggests standard fixes. None of the proposed solutions worked for me. This is my first time reaching out to support in any direct capacity, as I had difficulty accessing my www.remarpro.com account for a time.

    In any case, I’m attempting to import seven subscribers. However, I have tried submitting both a .csv file and inputting each email manually. Neither has been successful, so I expect the quantity isn’t the issue. Please let me know what you think. Thank you!

    If it makes you feel any better, I’ve been mysteriously unable to add and/or import subscribers for weeks now and it’s very frustrating. It acts like it’s working and says it’s going to email me when it’s done importing, just like it always has for years, but then nothing happens at all. I’ve also contacted support (just today) about this but not yet received a reply.

    I only have one more issue. There is a deleted account that was in the listing. I attempted to remove it myself, but nothing seems to work despite repeated attempts. It’s “–[email protected].” Are you able to remove it on your end?

    I removed the subscriber for you so you should be all set! You should be able to remove subscribers, so if you stumble upon another similar issue, don’t hesitate to let us know so we can investigate.

    I cannot also add my subscribers manually. I tried also CSV but it did not work and I did not take any mail. Could you please check it, please?
