    Most often, this kind of problem is caused by the RSS feed that you are uploading to Gravitec. Perhaps the format of the RSS feed does not meet the requirements of the service, or the RSS feed is not updated.

    The RSS updates are totally random, and your soap doesn’t respond…

    We have fixed the issue and now the RSS feed is updated more correctly.
