Google Site kit AdSense is asking me to add a verification code to my website page headers for verification of ownership. Google Site Kit when activated is in conflict with All In One SEO and Elementor, causing critical errors.

I deactivated All In One SEO and I’m able to access my Pages and Post Editing dashboard. However, It will not allow post and page editing using Elementor.

How can this issues be resolved?

Thanks for getting in touch @johndeese, and sharing details of what sounds like an unusual conflict. Hopefully we can determine the cause and ensure this no longer occurs. To start, it’s normal that Site Kit adds a Search Console verification code to your site, in order to verify ownership when setting up the plugin. This won’t be added if any pre-existing verifications are in place. I don’t suspect that this is the cause of your conflict, but with some checks we can figure out more. Please share the following in order to do so:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.??
    2. Can you confirm that you when you deactivate Site Kit, Elementor and All in One SEO work as expected? I’m aware you already tried deactivating All in One SEO, with issues then encountered with Elementor, however, I’m wondering do you encounter any such issues between both mentioned plugins without Site Kit.
    3. What are the critical errors your encountering? Feel free to share an example of these errors, along with any console errors that appear when faced, or PHP error logs.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Thank you.
