Different menus left and right of site logo

In the Kentwood theme there are 3 menus in the header. A top centered one, and one on either side of the site logo. How can I have different links in each one without making separate navigation menus? Because this method creates multiple hamburger menus when viewing the theme on mobile screens.

Ideally, I’d like separate menus on tablet and desktop views but ONE hamburger menu underneath the site logo on mobile.
