Exporting user emails

Hi there.

Our client wants to download all the members from their site so they can upload the emails and contact details into a new email provider, but we can’t find a way to do that/ We’ve tried an export plugin and the spreadsheet comes through empty, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to bulk retrieve all member data through UM itself (unless I’m missing it, but the only guide I can find involves downloading the data individually).

Does anyone know how we can get this info off the site in a usable format?
