Maybe the “Ultimate Member – JobBoardWP integration” plugin installed on your website is damaged. Try to re-install this plugin.
This may be because of the plugins conflict if some third-party plugins block the classes loader. Try to do a conflict test, see How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?
