Can’t create a label unless weight is 1kg

  • I am trying to create a label for shipment, and I receive an API error message: “PieceNetweight: minimum weight is 1.” My items weigh less than 1 kg. How can I resolve this issue?

    Can you provide more details so we can check?
    – Destination country
    – DHL “Service selected:” you are trying to use ( within the DHL box )
