    Hi @gremosokolaad,

Thank you for reaching out. It seems like there might be a misconfiguration with your checkout settings. The issue you’re experiencing could be that the Masteriyo checkout page is set to the cart page instead of the actual checkout page.

Could you please check the following steps to resolve the issue?

    1. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Masteriyo > Settings > General Settings.
    2. Under the Pages section, ensure that the Checkout Page is set to the correct checkout page, not the cart page.
    3. If you need further assistance, refer to the documentation at https://docs.masteriyo.com/settings/general-settings.

We have checked your site and found the tutor LMS is installed instead of Masteriyo LMS. We also identified the Woocommerce plugin installed on your site. If you have tried the Woocommerce integration, you may assign the Woocommerce and Masteriyo to the same checkout page. The course purchases are made through the same conflicts and redirect to the course page.

Also, there is the possibility of seeing the buy button after checking out the product(course) because of an incomplete order. If you have integrated with woocommerce, please check the Woocommerce > Orders. The order must be placed as in progress or incomplete so that the student cannot see the course start button.

    Regards!

Thank you for your quick reply.

Yes, I switched to Tutor LMS for now. Because it worked right away. If I will switch again, then I hope I will get it to work.

    Hi @gremosokolaad,

Thank you for your update! We’re truly sorry to hear that you’ve switched to Tutor LMS, but we completely understand that finding a quick solution was important.

The issues you experienced with Masteriyo LMS seem to be related to a misconfiguration rather than a problem with the plugin itself. For instance, the Checkout Page might not have been correctly assigned in the settings, or the WooCommerce order status might not have been marked as “Completed,” which could block proper enrollment.

If you ever decide to come back to Masteriyo, we’d be delighted to assist you with setting it up seamlessly. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

    Best regards,
