Warning – “Page caching plugin not found”

    On the “Site Health” page there is a warning – “Page caching plugin not found”.
    How is that?
    The plugin is installed, activated and working, but WordPress does not see it?
    Or is this not about a plugin in WordPress? and about some plugin on the hosting?
