Multiple redirects to one login

Thank you for the plugin, it is already proving to be very useful.
On my site I had established a complicated multi level category system. e.g. https://gucu.org.uk/the-bible/1-old-testament/3-poetry/19-psalms/psalm-149/. I have stopped doing this and have simplyfied the structure and changed it to this: https://gucu.org.uk/category/old-testament.
Is it possible to now do a redirect along these lines please?
https://gucu.org.uk/the-bible/1-old-testament/* to https://gucu.org.uk/category/old-testamentThanks.
