    Hi there,

    Since a couple of updates, the trackings link are not displayed correctly and the customer emails are not working properly anymore.

    1.) Tracking link in the customer confirmation email is now showing html code (e.g., <a href=”https://www.dhl.de/en/privatkunden/dhl-sendungsverfolgung.html?piececode=XX&#8221; target=”_blank”>XX</a>) instead of just a clickable tracking number as before.

    2.) Customer emails are not being sent anymore (confirmed via terms & condition is selected on send customer email (shipping label settings))

    The issues you’re describing with tracking links showing raw HTML and customer emails not being sent could be caused by a conflict with another plugin or a custom email template override in your WooCommerce setup.

    Please check the following:

    1. Plugin Conflict: Temporarily disable other plugins (except DHL and WooCommerce) and test if the issue persists.
    2. Custom Email Templates: Verify if you are overriding any WooCommerce email templates in your theme or child theme. If so, ensure they are updated and compatible with the latest version of the DHL plugin.
