Slows down the site and doesn’t work

    Hello,

    The reviews section is closed for some reason.

    I downloaded this free version to test before purchasing the pro. The activation of the plugin slows down the site considerably. the filters do not work – I check the filter, I apply, but it always loads all the products, and does not filter.

    We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with the plugin.

    Can you please provide more detailed information on your setup? Plugins, theme, how many posts + how many filters, any page builders? Server hardware, with the link to the site itself.

    We’d recommend using local server for testing, with the clean WP, default 2021 theme and the WooCommerce if you are using it. Test it all on default archive pages for posts and products without any changes to them. Then add your plugins from the live site, your theme, and everything else to see if there’ll be any conflict causing this slowdown of your site.
