    Hello,

    unfortunately I have problems when I update to the latest update 2.9.5.

    Then I get the following error message:

    NOT_ENABLED_TO_VAULT_PAYMENT_SOURCE The API caller or the merchant on whose behalf the API call is initiated is not allowed to vault the given source. Please contact PayPal customer support for assistance.

    I have now reverted back to the previous version 2.9.4 and everything is working again.

    What is the problem and how can I solve it?

    Then I’ll try the pre-version first.

    What is the problem anyway? and when will the update come for everyone?

    I have also heard from partners that they have the same problem.

    The latest version was released. You can find it here. The issue was caused by a problem with the Advanced Card Processing Vaulting feature following a bug fix in version 2.9.5.
